Brett has said this several times lately, most recently while watching "America's Funniest Home Videos"
"This show just keeps getting better and better!"

Personality Test
So, I took a personality test at Enrichment this week. The test put me very solidly in the "Phlegmatic" catagory. This says I have strengths such as being obliging, friendly, inoffensive and tolerant and weaknesses like indecisive (for sure), hesitant, reluctant and a worrier. Sounds pretty accurate. I also took the Disney Princess test(that I found from Jen's blog) which said I was "Snow White: Pure and trusting. You are a gentle soul who can get along with just about anyone. Everyone you meet instantly falls in love with you. How can they resist? You have a pure, lovable nature that's irresistable. Just don't trust everyone who comes across your path." I'm not sure what to think about that.
I was pretty interested in the personality styles of others too. I found that friends who I thought had similar personalities really aren't so much alike. It also helped me understand why I react certain ways with some people and totally different with others. Like who I am comfortable with and who intimidates me. Sorry, no names will be given:) because I love you all!
Happy Mother's Day tomorrow to all the wonderful women I know and love!

That's Personal!

Here is a "bag tag" from my friend Judy. In my purse right now there is:
a pair of sunglasses
lotion
chapstick
2 glue sticks
an american idol toy (to return to Lily)
a grocery receipt
a shopping list
cell phone
radio for the gym
paper clips
a box of staples
$6.00
2 credit cards
misc. other cards
Nothing too interesting except for maybe the box of staples left from working on the PTO bulletin board at school. So, I am sure someone can do better. What is the most unusual thing in your purse?
Brett quote of the day

On the way to playgroup at the fountain Brett was telling me about a trivia card the kids have. "I was reading the card about the Pilgrims on the Mayflower." "Oh yeah, what is the Mayflower?" "The ship the pilgrims sailed on, you know back in the 1950's".
On the way home from playgroup. "Paige always be's sarcastic."

Sleep
"Not last night, but the night before 24 robbers came knocking at my door" Is that how the old jump rope song goes? Well, it may not have been "robbers" but it seemed like that many kids kept me up night before last. Ty had another really bad ear infection. The first time he came in was for ear drops, then for some Advil, the third time I gave him a heating pad. It just hurt so bad he couldn't sleep. And, I did feel terrible that he felt so bad, but I was soooo tired. He finally fell asleep on the couch (his favorite place to sleep), when Brett came in and climbed in bed with me. He had a bad dream about a big spider! But, there was no way he could stay in bed with me I was already exhausted, so he got his pillow and blanket and made his own bed. I just had to listen to those little boy sleepy noises for the rest of the night. Thank goodness for Sunday afternoon naps!
